Benefits of Kinesio Taping
The Kinesio Taping® Method involves taping over and around muscles in order to assist and give support, reduce pain and inflammation or to prevent over-contraction. It also helps relax overused, tired muscles, and to support muscles in movement on a 24 hr/day basis. It is non-restrictive type of taping, which allows patients to still have range of motion.
